Add the chicken quarters to the bowl, ensuring they are well-coated with the marinade.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the preheated grill.
Grill the chicken for about 20-25 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
Baste the chicken occasionally with any remaining marinade during grilling.
