Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, honey (or maple syrup), ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and a pinch of sea salt.
Brush the mango slices with the olive oil mixture on both sides.
Place the mango slices on the grill. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until you see grill marks and the mango is slightly caramelized and tender. Avoid overcooking to keep the mango slices from becoming mushy.
Remove the mango slices from the grill and transfer them to a serving plate.
Garnish with chopped fresh mint leaves.
