Add the ground meat to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef or vegetable broth.
Add the paprika, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30-40 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened and the flavors are well combined. Stir occasionally.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
