  • 2 cups cassava, peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups yam, peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups plantain, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups okra, sliced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Meat

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.

Add the meat chunks and brown on all sides.
