Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) nama (sea grapes or green caviar), rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 small chili pepper, finely chopped (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Nama

Rinse the nama thoroughly under cold water to remove any impurities or sand.

Prepare the Dressing

In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced ginger, and chili pepper (if using). Mix well.

Toss the Nama

Place the rinsed nama in a serving bowl.

Pour the dressing over the nama and gently toss to coat.

Garnish and Serve
