Ingredients

  • 1 cup kama flour (a mix of roasted barley, rye, oat, and pea flour)
  • 2 cups buttermilk or yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar (to taste)
  • Fresh berries or fruit (optional, for topping)

Instructions

Prepare the Mixture

In a mixing bowl, combine the kama flour and honey (or sugar). Mix well.

Gradually add the buttermilk or yogurt, stirring continuously, until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Chill

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the mixture to thicken.

Serve

Stir the kama before serving.
