Ingredients

  • Butter

Instructions

Prepare the Ingredients

Slice the cured meats into thin slices or small portions.

Cut the assorted cheeses into slices or wedges.

Thinly slice the radishes and fresh tomatoes.

Slice the hard-boiled eggs.

Assemble the Brettljause

Arrange the sliced cured meats, cheeses, pickles, radishes, tomatoes, and hard-boiled eggs on a wooden board or platter.

Place small bowls of mustard and horseradish on the board for dipping.

Add small pats of butter to the board.

Garnish with fresh herbs such as chives or parsley.
